Is the digital signature legally valid in Spain?+
Yes. DriveProof uses timestamped, IP-logged signatures that comply with eIDAS regulation across the EU. Insurance companies and courts in Spain accept this format as valid legal documentation.
Does the client need to download an app?+
No. Clients receive a link by SMS or email and sign directly in their browser. No account, no app, no friction.
Does it work for vans, motorcycles, quads and campervans too?+
Yes — DriveProof supports any rentable vehicle: cars, motorcycles, quads, ATVs, vans, scooters, and campervans. The inspection flow adapts the photo angles and checklist to each vehicle type. For campervans, the app also covers interior areas — kitchen, bathroom, and equipment.
When is AI damage detection coming?+
AI automatic detection is in development and will launch as a V2 feature. Early access users will get it first at no extra cost. In V1, damage is marked manually by tapping on photos — which already gives you ironclad legal documentation.
Can I use DriveProof alongside my existing rental software?+
Yes. DriveProof is a standalone inspection tool — it works independently of whatever booking or management system you already use. No lock-in, no forced migration.
Where is data stored? Is it GDPR compliant?+
All data is stored on EU servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR compliant by design. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
